Give your shoes a second life

Has it ever occurred to you that your deferred shoes could still be useful - and help somebody who really needs it?

About the project

The idea of the Shoes4life project is simple. Most of us find at least one unnecessary sports shoes at home that could still be used for its purpose - and unfortunately, there are many of those who have no shoes at all.

Why not simply unite the two sides. And it does not matter whether your shoes are going all the way to the other end of the world, or they will contribute to children from the neighbouring village to fulfil their football dream. The goal is to help those who really need it.

Help for children in Rwanda

The Czech association of fotball players supported children from an African orphanage in Rwanda thanks to its charity company Sport United, o.p.s. Thanks to the cooperation of partners Puma, Urban Store and DIC a project was created, which purpose was the delivery of shoes and booties to children in orphanage Kigarama (meaning „Hope“) in Rwanda. The orphanage Kigarama is located near to the border with Congo and is run by a German charity organisation L’Esperance. The purpose of the orphanage is to provide a substitute „home“ for children from Rwanda.

Help to the children on the Cape Verde Islands

This whole storage was filled with your football shoes to the children from Cape Verde. Fernando Neves, who was the founder of the school for the children, has taken them over. Therefore the local children can educate themselves as well as train fully and dream about stepping into the world of great football. We would like to cordially thank to everybody for the cooperation and believe that the children will be very pleased by this act.
